Anderson Auto Group provides a comprehensive benefit package to all full-time employees, effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.  Below is a list of the various benefits that are offered:

• Group Health Insurance 

Anderson Auto offers a group health insurance plan.  As a company we offset the cost of the plans by contributing a portion of the premiums.  We offer 3 HSA plans.

• Dental/Vision Insurance

We offer dental and vision insurance to employees and their immediate family.

• Pet Insurance

Whether it is a dog , cat, or something exotic we offer pet insurance.

• Retirement Plans

We offer both a 401K plan and a Roth plan to our employees. As an employee you are eligible to contribute to the plan, the 1st quarter after 6 months of continued employment and must be 21 years of age at time of contributing.

The company also offers a match at the end of the year.

• Life Insurance

We offer an array of various life insurance policies that can be for the employee, spouse, or children. Anderson Auto Group offers a company paid life insurance policy of $15,000 to all full-time employees at no cost.

• Paid Time Off

Anderson Auto Group offers an aggressive paid time off policy to all employees after 90 days of employment.  This allows our employees time to spend with family and friends or personal time. 

• Paid Holidays

Anderson Auto Group recognizes the importance of spending time with family and loved ones, which is why we are closed on all major holidays.

• Employee Pricing

Every team member at Anderson receives employee pricing on all new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as a discount in our service & parts departments.
